Paris, Paris, what a wonderful place 2 live in. And - a secret between U & me - even in Paris people have 2 wash their dirty laundry, imagine that! Unlike in the US or any other continent where the public laundry room is a regular meeting place, where U can mix & match - In Europe, even a public laundry room has it's class. People approach U in a polite manner, everything works in an orderly fashion,
everything is clean, spotless, shiny. I might B drawing an exaggerated picture here I suppose, but then again - just have a look. Shining, floating machines. That's what I wanted 2 C & - walla.
Part of what individualizes my pictures / frames / photographs is my composition. In this picture - one of my favorites,
I "cut" these washing machines from the floor, the covering room, the surroundings - hence creating the impact of these floating machines. This creates the interest, the different, the unique.
